Once approved, we manage vendor bookings, contracts, and logistics in the lead-up to your event, with regular check-ins.
A dedicated coordinator is present throughout your event, managing logistics in real time so your team can focus on the event itself.
Those are individual services; this is the umbrella that can include them. If your event wants a CSR volunteer component or branded attendee merchandise, those are built directly into a DMC program rather than booked as separate add-ons — one proposal, one point of contact.
We are best suited to groups from roughly 10 to a few hundred attendees. For very large conventions in the high hundreds or thousands, an established large-scale DMC may be the better fit — we will tell you honestly if that is the case for your event.

For smaller events, 2-3 months is usually sufficient. For larger conferences or peak-season dates, 6 months or more gives us the best venue and accommodation options.
Yes. Many corporate events use a travel management company for flights and policy compliance, with a local DMC handling on-the-ground logistics. We are used to working alongside that arrangement rather than replacing it.
International flights, attendee travel insurance, and any costs outside the agreed program scope are excluded by default. Every proposal itemizes exactly what is and is not covered.
