For culinary and food service-focused applicants, a restaurant internship abroad within one of our partner resort properties offers exposure to high-volume kitchen operations, banquet service, and the standards required to run a commercial food service operation serving an international guest base every day of the year.
Your Project Advisor accompanies you to your placement property for orientation, introducing you to your department supervisor and walking through property policies, safety procedures, and your specific role. The first few days typically involve shadowing experienced staff before you take on independent responsibilities, with the pace of integration set by your supervisor based on your comfort and competence.
You receive an official Hospitality Internship Certificate signed by our Managing Director, a letter of recommendation from your placement supervisor, and a detailed record of your responsibilities and hours — documentation formatted to support academic credit submissions, job applications, or further hospitality training programs.
