Your Project Advisor accompanies you to your work site on day one. You will meet the local foreman, receive a safety briefing on tools and materials, and get an orientation of the current project before any physical work begins.
Construction work typically runs through the morning and early afternoon. After that, our partner tour company offers excursions across the island — waterfalls, beaches, and cultural sites — and many volunteers simply rest after a physically demanding morning.
You receive an official Volunteer Certificate signed by our Managing Director confirming your placement, your project, and your hours. If you need documentation of your hours for academic or professional purposes, we work with your placement organization to provide as complete a record as possible.
