Our friendly and knowledgeable Program Advisors and support agents will be here to answer any questions or concerns you have about your project, availability, prices, accommodation, fundraising, insurance, life in Jamaica or to provide general information. We are widely accessible through email, phone, Skype, social media and other outlets, and are very responsive.
While in Jamaica we provide 24-hour support for volunteers, interns, and groups who utilize our full packages. This means that we are available 24 hours per day in cases of emergency and will be a call or knock away in your time of need if it arises. We also provide daily mentorship/ development sessions after your volunteer activities to go over the activities of your day and help develop your professional skills.
Participants that successfully complete a program with us will automatically be enrolled in the Jamaica International Projects alumni network, where they will be able to receive discounts on future programs, plan trips of their own and participate in special events we offer from time to time. Of course, we also provide any career development services as well, such as providing references, certificates, and networking.
